A. The keywords will be choosen between yourself and your sales representative at the point of sale and they will also be looked over by our technical team before your account is launched.

A. We can guarantee that your advert will appear on Google everyday for one calendar month, our technical team will be monitoring your position daily. If for any reason your keyword does not appear please email support@rawmarketing.co.uk and we will try and regain your possition as soon as possible.
A. All of our packages include a monthly report. We suggest you request your report towards the end of the month so you get a full months worth of stats by emailing requestreport@rawmarketing.co.uk and your email will be sent via email within 48 hours of your request.
A. We will take your payment automatically from your chosen credit or debit card each month. You can change your billing details by contacting the support department support@rawmarketing.co.uk
A. Your invoice will be sent to you via email each month.

If you refer someone else to RAW Marketing and they take up one of our packages you will receive an additional keyword to your account - Please make sure they use your company name as a reference and a member of the customer service team will be in contact very shortly to arrange your additional keyword.
