Q. What keywords will my business be found under?

A. The keywords will be choosen between yourself and your sales representative at the point of sale and they will also be looked over by our technical team before your account is launched.

They are them confirmed to you via email.

Q. Can I change or add keywords?

A. Yes, Please contact a memember of the customer service team and they will be happy to advise you.

Q. Can you guarantee that my business will appear on Google 24/7?

A. We can guarantee that your advert will appear on Google everyday for one calendar month, our technical team will be monitoring your position daily. If for any reason your keyword does not appear please email support@rawmarketing.co.uk and we will try and regain your possition as soon as possible.

Q. Will I receive a monthly report?

A. All of our packages include a monthly report. We suggest you request your report towards the end of the month so you get a full months worth of stats by emailing requestreport@rawmarketing.co.uk and your email will be sent via email within 48 hours of your request.

Q. How do I pay for my marketing?

A. We will take your payment automatically from your chosen credit or debit card each month. You can change your billing details by contacting the support department support@rawmarketing.co.uk

Q. How will I receive my monthly invoice?

A. Your invoice will be sent to you via email each month.

Q. If I recommend your services will I receive any discounts?

A. If you refer someone else to RAW Marketing and they take up one of our packages you will receive an additional keyword to your account - Please make sure they use your company name as a reference and a member of the customer service team will be in contact very shortly to arrange your additional keyword.
